1) Scope of the conditions of sale

These general conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship
between the website www.samurai-deck.com (hereinafter "the Website")
and purchaser (hereinafter "Buyer"), the two parties accepting without
reservation. These terms and conditions shall prevail over all other
conditions contained in any other documents, unless prior express
written consent.
Clicking on the button "order" means both the buyer purchases the good
service and also accept these terms and conditions of sale.
The parties agree that the contract formed is subject to French law.
2) Availability
In case of termination of temporary stock, a message on the site
indicate a date of availability.
3) Price
Prices are quoted in Euro and are net, excluding postage. They can be
changed at any time without notice, knowing that the items will be
charged on the basis in force at the time of the order.
The price is payable in full in one payment with the order. All orders
are invoiced and payable in Euro only. For deliveries outside mainland
France, any customs fees or local taxes are the responsibility of the
recipient.
4) Shipping
The charges include a contribution to costs of preparation and
packaging and postage costs. Remember to group all your items on one
order. We can not group two distinct orders and shipping will be
charged for each one.
5) Payment
You have several payment methods that offer maximum safety guarantees.
You can adjust:
By credit card or private (Carte Bleue, Visa, Eurocard / Mastercard).
For credit cards, you must indicate the card number and expiry date
directly in the space provided for this purpose (secured by SSL
encryption).
By check (denominated in Euro and payable in a French bank).
The cashing of the check is made to order.
6) Delivery
Whether you order from France or abroad, we will deliver at home. The
website will ship your order within seven days after receipt of your
payment for the products in stock, and within twenty-one day for
out-of-stock products. The website is not responsible for any postal
delays.
7) Guarantees
The products are exchanged or refunded (except manufacturing defect).
No sending in against-refunding will be accepted, whatever the reason.
If a package is returned to us either by addressing error (input by the
customer) or a non-claim to the post office, the postage for the return
will be retained on the contents of the package.
8) Transfer of ownership and risk transfer
The transfer of ownership of the goods to the buyer, will occur only
after full payment by the latter, and regardless of the date of
delivery of such products.
Products travel at the risk of the buyer.
9) Cooling-off period
The buyer has a cooling-off period of seven days from receipt of the
goods ordered. If the buyer exercises his withdrawal period, payments
will be refunded within a maximum period of thirty days. The cost of
returning the item in question are the responsibility of the buyer, the
returns are not accepted against reimbursement.
10) The right of access and rectification
The website handles all your information with the strictest
confidentiality. When shopping, we only ask you for information (name,
address, e-mail) for quality treatment and careful monitoring of your
order.
Your Rights:
In accordance with the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, you have
the right to access and rectify data concerning you. Through us, you
may need to receive offers from other companies or organizations, or be
informed about our offers by mail, phone or mail. If you do not want,
just contact us.
11) Liability
The products offered meet the French legislation. The website disclaims
any responsibility if the item delivered does not comply with the laws
of the country of delivery.
The website disclaims any liability for breach of contract due to force
majeure (strike, flood, fire ...).
The website assumes no responsibility for the content of sites on which
hypertext links from its own site.
12) Applicable Law
All clauses in these general conditions of sale, and all purchases and
sales referred to therein, will be subject to French law, the courts
will be those within the jurisdiction of Poitiers.
13) Acceptance of the buyer
These general conditions of sale and prices are expressly approved and
accepted by the Buyer, who declares and acknowledges having perfect
knowledge, and gives up, therefore, to take advantage of any
contradictory document, including its own terms of purchase, the deed
of purchase involving acceptance of these terms of sale.
These conditions can be changed at any time without notice.
